We would like to inform you about the tours that our business has to offer, giving you the opportunity for a wonderful ride with our blue trains.
Do I have to reserve my sit, in any of these excursions, in Agios Nikolaos or Elounda?
You have to reserve your sits at least 24 hours before, only for the excursion number 3 (Kritsa village) in Agios Nikolaos, and for the half day tour in Elounda. For the rest of our excursions, you can come 10 minutes prior to departure time to secure a seat.
Can I get on or off the train any time I want?
Unfortunately, this is against the traffic laws and is strictly prohibited.
How do I pay for my ticket?
In Agios Nikolaos you can pay by cash or card. In Elounda however you pay only by cash.
Are there any discounts?
We can offer a discount of 20% off only to the disabled people.
Can I take with me on the train my wheel chair, or my baby’s stroller?
Of course, you can! In Agios Nikolaos you have also the option to leave your stroller or your wheel chair at the kiosk and our employees will give them to you as soon as you return back from your ride.
What shall I wear in a Church?
The only thing that is forbidden in a church is a swimming suit.
Is there a meal included in the price of the Excursion #3 in Agios Nikolaos or the Half Day Tour in Elounda?
No. You have time though to taste the authentic Cretan Cuisine in both villages.
Can I change my reservation or even cancel it?
Certainly! You can do that, 12 hours before the excursion.
